AJ Fernandez, Oliva, Raices Cubanas, Nestor Plasencia, etc, they all make cigars for brand owners who have little to no production of their own, such Rocky Patel, Aging Room, Caldwell, Alec Bradley, Padilla, and on and on. What these factories aim to do is keep rollers humming when things are slow by getting ahead such as building up inventory of cigar brands they think their clients will need, even if they don't have orders in-hand (rather than lay off workers or have them sit on their hands).
