the capability of easily changing into a hand held minivacuum.. See through cannister empties easily. And it is very powerful even on the medium setting..

Great stick vac
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this as a Christmas gift and so far, I love it. It is very convenient since it is cordless. My husband has mounted it on the wall in my laundry room and it is up out of the way. It has good suction on both the floor wand and the handheld wand. I can run it at least 30 minutes and it keeps going. I have not run out of power yet. I run it on low and high speeds and the power stays on.

Great on hard floors

For hard floors does a great job (we have an LG that cannot use it on hard floors as it is way too loud and does not work). Battery life can be improved a bit.

Two cat household

Excellent suction power! Love the 2 batteries!
I don’t understand the bad reviews on this other than people clearly don’t know how cordless vacuums work. ALL cordless vacuums have a short battery life depending on which setting you leave it on! The Samsung is not exception, however, having the 2 batteries is a game changer! I can vacuum my entire 3200 sq foot house on the medium setting going from carpet to hardwood and tile easily. The medium setting has excellent suction power and is all you’re going to use 80% of the time. On the days I want to give my carpet a deeper clean I use the max setting and can vacuum all of my carpet using both batteries no problem. This vacuum has been a blessing to me! So convenient and easy to use, extremely lightweight and beautifully made. So, please, when you’re reading all of the bad reviews about the battery, remember that ALL cordless vacuums have this issue but this one has up to 130 minutes of run time while majority on the market are only 40-50 minutes. The is my second cordless vacuum and the best thus far. You will love it!

Exceeded all of our expectations

Easy to use, to clean, the charge. Every part works as it should. The big bonus is that it's much quieter than any of our other vacuumed and cleans just as well if not better.

Well-designed Vacuum for use.
Very good Vacuum Cleaner for a small apartment. The only problem was not fully understanding how to charge the device. Had to return to the store to show how. The operating instructions were not helpful. Once done, we were very pleased with the Cleaner.

Perfect for my daily usage around the house, whether it’s the floors, rugs or even the sofa, this puppy cleans up great. Must admit I was a bit hesitant to purchase this over the dyson since my previous vacuum was the dyson but there is no fall off in performance and I love the power button on the Samsung rather than the trigger action which Dyson uses. The trigger simply tires my arm out, love the simplicity of a power button. The vacuum is light weighted making it easy to push around

Makes me excited to vacuum my house ?!?!
It's beautiful and it has features that just make sense. It's very easy to take pretty much all of it apart, brushroll unlocks and pops out for you to easily cut hair/ thread off of it. I have 4 cats and this vac, while the little debris canister is small, can handle a lot of fluff.
I love the replaceable battery, a lot of brands aren't doing that. It handles my rugs and hardwood well, and my curtains. Going to buy my dad one for father's day :)

Quiet, good suction, an effective carpet attachment which works well on hard surfaces as well as medium pile carpet, and reasonable battery duration. The dust collection container could be a little easier to detach and empty, but this is a minor issue. Overall, a great vacuum at a reasonable price.
